Entone’s Ensight™ is a software support tool that provides a secure and remote access to an Entone device. The Ensight application enables a service provider to remotely connect a PC to an Entone device via a local area network (LAN), a wide area network (WAN), or the Internet. Simply install Ensight on any PC to quickly troubleshoot and resolve issues without a truck roll.
Ensight lets you remotely see the graphic overlay screens (no video) and navigate the menus of an Entone device as though you were in front of the subscriber’s TV. Ensight provides a virtual remote control interface that is identical to the real remote. This enables you to remotely control the Entone device and access all the menus, including Guide, Info Bar, Boot Menu, as well as Boot-up and Setup screens.
With Ensight, you can see what the subscriber sees and conveniently troubleshoot an Entone device from virtually anywhere.
